Electives are classes offered for a shorter window of time.  They offer an opportunity to study the arts in a verity of mediums and Instructors.

A Taste of Watercolor, with artist Holly Landauer Class Full

Draw the Human Eye, with artist Pat Jerde

Focus on the elegant details of the eye.  This is an opportunity to learn drawing skills with your eye on the eye.  Pat Jerde is a highly respected professional artist and fine art educator.  She will be sharing her knowledge and experience while guiding you through the details of the eye.  Come with a friend, enjoy a cup of coffee and learn from a top artist.  Supplies provided for use during class, feel free to bring your favorite drawing tools.  Indigo Art Supply (7p.m.) and Indigo Art Café will be open.

Paint Like an Impressionist, with artist Michele Combs

Paint like an impressionist as you create your own small impressionist painting while enjoying this opportunity to mix colors and learn the techniques of the impressionist.  Michele shares her plein air painting skills of movement, light, and the reflection of colors.
